July 12
We docked at Constantia, Rumania in the cargo section of the port so walking to town was not an option.  We took an excursion which was 1/2 interesting.  We were supposed to visit a resort area but all we did was drive through the area and it was so unimpressive that I didn't even know that we were there.  The next stop was at a museum which chronicled life in the area from 5000 BC to 1900 AD.  There were numerous artifacts arranged by periods of history and it was very interesting.  We then walked next door to a "mosaic" museum which had a covered area of a Roman agora, or market place, with a long mosaic floor which was about 60 % complete.  There were a number of walls of the complex outside of the covered area and that was interesting as well.  The final stop was the worst.  We were dropped off at a shopping mall for an hour and stores would only accept Romanian currency or credit cards.  We're not shoppers and didn't feel like exchanging currency for just a beer or coffee, so we strolled the mall and were bored.  There wasn't anything interesting enough to consider taking the shuttle into town to wander for 1 1/2 hours so we stayed on the ship after lunch.  This was the final night of the cruise and we didn't have a reservation at the French specialty restaurant until 8:30 so we had massages at 6:00 to use up non-refundable shipboard credit.  We were all packed before dinner and had a nice leisurely meal and spent some time in the casino before going to bed.
