After lunch we visited Saruhan, a rest & trading stop on the ancient Spice Road between Asia & Europe.  Unfortunately it was set up for some special VIP event so there wasn't a Whirling Dervish show, but we were there before the event and got to look around the complex for a short while.  For centuries, caravans would stop there, board their camels and trade with each other.
