We docked at Trabzon, Turkey. The main reason for the stop was to visit a monastery which wasn't on our bucket list, particularly with a $200.00 per person charge. We joined some friends and went into the city to look at their unique spun silver jewelry. Ngaire Hutyra had orders for some pendants for friends but the style wasn't in Pat's interest so we saved our money. Trabzon wasn't as nice a city as Sinop and we didn't see any appealing restaurants so we returned to the ship for a quiet afternoon. Clocks had to move forward one hour before going to bed so we were now 8 hours ahead of Florida time.
